About Rebekah
Hi, I’m Rebekah — a health coach, licensed occupational therapist, wife, and mom who understands how easy it is to put your own health on the back burner while juggling family, work, and full schedules.
For a long time, I felt stuck. I was working out consistently, following plans, doing what I thought I was “supposed” to do — and still felt tired, frustrated, and confused about why my body wasn’t responding the way it used to. I wasn’t lazy or uncommitted. I was trying almost everything… and not getting results that matched the effort.
What finally changed things for me wasn’t another short-term plan or push for weight loss. It was learning how to support my body as a system — understanding metabolism, blood sugar, stress, habits, and mindset — and building an approach that was sustainable for real life. That’s when progress became steady, maintainable, and freeing, not something I had to constantly chase.
With a background as a licensed occupational therapist and certified health coach, I take a whole-person approach to wellness. I help clients strengthen their metabolic health, simplify nutrition, and create structure that removes decision fatigue — without extremes, restriction, or burnout.
I also focus on the mindset side of health: identifying why certain habits feel hard to change, why you may keep looping back to patterns that don’t serve you, and how to move forward with clarity instead of self-judgment.
Health & Hope Coaching exists because lasting health should feel supportive, not overwhelming — and because feeling stuck doesn’t mean you’ve failed, it usually means you haven’t been given the right tools yet.
I believe meaningful change happens over time, through consistency, honesty, and learning to work with your body instead of constantly fighting it. I have worked with clients wanting to lose weight - from 5- 100 pounds, clients looking to reset and refocus as they learn healthy habits, and athletes looking to build muscle and accomplish big goals!
